Not sure what direction is best for you but I can share how I started. 

Parking in OB is highly sought after as I'm sure you know.

If you ever leave them it will be deleted, so be sure you are backing it up! 

Buying a second home to rent out is a solid strategy, but be sure you understand the cash flow, including mortgage, taxes, and potential vacancies.

I am sure I will get nowhere with them.
