Most people in Tokyo use public transportation, so properties near popular train or subway stations are best. 

Current operator is leasing a gas station from third party.

I've already have set up a cold calling station as well.

The train is going to stop at one single station and then you'll have to go to your hotel or Airbnb.

When I went into the Air Force and was stationed in Idaho I started a painting company and had 8 painters working for me while I was a plumber in the Air Force.

Area is in somewhat high crime but there is a police station right across from it.   

Like Gary and Lake Station.  

My wife and I are both military stationed out of the area but have plenty of family and friends in Tampa helping with everything I need!

I've heard several other military members have purchased a house at each duty station and wanted to follow that path. 

I am planning to buy and hold for 10 years and sell it for my child education and my retirement.Or if I hav the finance increase the value by building a mini commercial complex like McDonald,postal service,petrol station,etc,The location is a issue now.Either I should buy in urban or rural area.If you need any other additional info please let me know.Tonnes of appreciation
