Hi Bobby, can you expand on your question a little bit, what do you mean by where to start?

People started to ask me to help them learn how to invest so I started coaching new investors over the past 7 years on how to start investing in real estate.

We started with house hacking a duplex that was listed as neglected on the mls.

I recommend starting with some BP podcasts and starting to figure out what your skills, interest and capital align with.

Its not hard to start , its getting to the finish line is the difficult part .

It's no wonder they ditched the master lease structure - easy to see now how they were losing money on it.
