My two cents: get a job and HUSTLE right out of school and create some income and save up some capital.

Although I saved 20-30k by doing everything myself and learned a ton in the process, doing that sucked up all my time and potentially stopped me from buying multiple multis last year.

My pro50 code had expired and this ones saves me even more!!!

I don't have enough info to tell you if yours will be worth that.

If it doesn't affect their stay/experience then save.

Obviously tough to give advice based on minimal info and no info on your personal situation.
