DR Horton in Vegas absolutely will not give you a discount on the “sales price”.

Given the location and how the town has been developing it seems like a good investment opportunity for rentals.

We live in California so I think the opportunities are better when it's OOS.

There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH.
