With experience, you'll develop a sequence and basis for how you navigate in gathering the pertinent information needed but you never want to appear "robotic" in your conversation with a seller.

We do offer automations such as drip campaigns, but are very big on making sure that any automated communication is highly personal as to not come off sounding robotic whether it's in text or email form.

Find a lender who feels more like a teammate than just some robot who is a part of the process. 

I recently decided to create my own letter to market with but could not decide if it was more important to get the point across and not seem so much like a robotic dialogue or have it be professional with a border and logo etc..

@Luke Petrozza  I've seen many techniques used by investors, everything from using actual robots to hand write yellow letters to having letters hand delivered via UPS or FedEx to ensure the mail will be open and read.

We do enjoy the layout of the software and it would be a perfect system if it was an open API and their customer service wasn't a robot that just tells you go list your suggestions and let other users vote on it!
