that story of two hotel employees is old as the hills.. in various forms I first heard it during the dot com bubble of 2001.Heres the thing with waiting out markets.Unless your all cash .. in a retreating market or down market the lenders are also retreating and not loaning.And or credit gets very tough especially for investment properties.

We're talking places that charge you $20,000 for a 3 or 5 day retreat and when you leave you have no hands on experience.

It has been a really hot time to buy there in the panhandle and with STR/ Corp Retreat homes on the rise, I was interested to know where you found your niche. 

Their demography includes celebrities of course but also corporate trainings or corporate retreats, filming, events, etc... 

If he's racing out to buy a yacht, tour the world, pay cash for a mountain retreat, pay medical bills, or whatever, then owner financing is not going to work.

They also show no signs of retreating any time soon.Good luck on your quest.
