2020 Your Goals and Action Steps

Hello dear REI friends!

It is already 2020, a new decade!

With that being said, what are your goals for this year, and how are you going to achieve them?

I thought I'd share mine for accountability purposes, and if you'd like to share yours too, please do! I would love to hear everyone's goals for 2020!

My goals for 2020: Purchase our first property, rehab, rent out extra room for AirBnB to house hack/ Start analyzing for the second property.

Action Steps to achieve our goals:

1. Complete my immigration procedures 

2. Get pre-approved for the loan

3. Analyze deals daily

4. Find an agent

5. Go out on a goal setting retreat with my wife to identify the "whys" and action plans more in details

6. Continue to educate myself

7. Make 100 offers

8. Purchase property

9. Learn how to fix up the property as we go

10. Prepare rooms to rent out on AirBnB

11. Start analyzing for the second rental property

12. Get the first property reappraised
