In Vegas I keep mine at 80 in summer.. feels  good to me.. and I need to take a jacket to any restaurant I go to since its 72 in those places and I freeze  LOL.

Further, there was a lawsuit brought by the City to attempt to shut down a STR operation that concluded in November of 2022. 

Investment companies don’t get business financing - it’s for operating companies like restaurants etc.

They could be fined or shut down by the Division of Mortgage Lending.

I don't have any expectation that I'll be able to change AirBnB policies so that they don't shut me down for the same thing over and over that's been shown to be a nuisance complaint repeatedly.

We missed that the restaurant tenant has a non compete built in.
