I'm afraid we would have raised entitled little brats of little character and limited drive to succeed for any other reason than to create an opulent lifestyle for themselves, practically blind to their enormous privileges, just like most every other moderately financially-successful couple we know socially.Thank you all for your insightful contributions here.

@Doraine WarnerAs I mentioned in my previous reply, some people like the place as it suits their lifestyle better.

The people who live there typically sign strict lifestyle contracts that state they have to leave immediately if they don't follow it.

Think people involved in $10+mm deals, whether they be brokers, owner/operators, engineers, finance professionals, etc.And when I attend networking events around personal interests, they are more hobby or lifestyle-based.

I would and have risked it all on an investment, not my life style.  

Roma in Mexico City is an awesome area for lifestyle but there's but STRs are going to be regulated there and possibly banned and LTRs are not a profitable alternative.

I did this with every course I've ever bought and religiously listened to self help tapes for the first ten years of my business, starting with Carleton sheets and moving through every guru that sold stuff concerning real estate. ( I spend ALOT of time behind the wheel in my job. )   Except for Carleton Sheets course...I've bought every course used off of ebay and probably only spent a few thousand dollars total on what has to be every guru and course available.

And I would also agree it would be worth the hundreds to hire a professional architectural style photographer, with a splash of lifestyle to take photos.
