It's also nice that they have their own recommended insurer, those rates are much lower then what I would pay up in the northeast.

Yet when The Mortgage Shop openly admits that my loan fell through the cracks due to staffing issues, I was given misinformation regarding my rental analysis, and as a result missed my window to back out of the deal — not even an apology, at least not until I wrote them and asked for one.As a result, despite my previous loan with The Mortgage Shop, I do not recommend them.

He’s not a pushy salesman, and I’ve got a business partner who has worked with him for the last 10 years without any issues.As for your situation, I wouldn’t say it sounds like a Ponzi scheme, but I’d strongly recommend meeting with the fund sponsor in person and asking as many questions as you can.
