Once its filed it is public record so we would love to read the lawsuit.

I've read a lot about house rules and there seems to be two paths - only posting simplified/abbreviated rules on the respective OTA, or having more detailed rules sent out and approved. 

I am reading a bunch of real estate investing books , talking to realtors & loan officers, and trying to educate myself best I can.I'm also looking to expand my network within the real estate investing community, and I believe this is a great opportunity to connect.

I read "guarantees" - for me that is the biggest scam ever and right then and there either hang up the phone or delete and block the email. anytime anyone guarantees anything run and run fast.  

After reading your posts, it seems that what I need is a mentor.

do you know how to read building plans or permits?

I looked it up and read that’s an electrical fire hazard.

From what I’ve read for the NC law as well as what is written in the contract states that late payment in a violation and eviction is enforceable.
