If so, I think you should stick with the original tenants.If you do not, I would continue to show the unit, if the second caller submits an application and pass, rent it to them.

Also, it will make it easier to track how many calls each is getting, including missed calls where the caller does not leave a message (btw, you can still call them back even if they just hung up w/o a message).That said, separate numbers are not necessary.
