It makes a lot of sense to create conservative and aspirational numbers instead of feeling like I need to pin point a specific figure.

I heard from a Google rep that radius targeting can less effectively replace specifying zip codes, but what else can be done to keep the ad audience pinpointed? 

There're not too many mispricing/skew available in the market, unlike small res/MF where you can pinpoint deals easily.

Is this normal, or should they be able to pinpoint the remaining life in the system more accurately?

With that said, it's been a frustrating experience and we've yet to pinpoint how much money we'll need to reinforce the foundation so I'd advise seeking another property or at least proceeding with caution and hiring a contractor to look at it before closing.Hope that helps and best of luck!

Looking for retail real estate not residential.There is no software that can predict or even pinpoint the best location for any type of property especially retail right now. 

Good Morning BP,It seems a lot of Northern VA / Washington DC newer investors (and some experienced investors) are having trouble with pin pointing which strategy to attack.  

I will be here until the end of April trying to pinpoint an area of interest so I can research, drive, walk, and get comfortable with while I am here.
