Hi Shawn,It would be best if you call me so we can go over such different avenues.I work with many here on BP they just do not post much on the forums.Same situation as you with a bunch of cash.I specialize in triple net and am working with multiple clients currently on buying pharmacies as wells a triple net restaurants and other types of NNN.Part of what you are going through is a process to decide what to invest in.Sometimes it will take a week to get a direction and sometimes it takes a few months.I help you work through that process.

One strategy is to buy a pharmacy cash with 4 years left on the lease for example as financing is hard to do under 10 years left.
