If CD's out-paced inflation, what happens?

.: Pace has an agenda to make it sound easy.Nothing down does not happen very often and I’ve been doing sub2 for years brother.

This metric indicates how long it would take for all the current homes on the market to sell at the current pace of sales.

I have been leaning towards Pace Morby's Subto community, but it seems very pricey, and I question if I need to pay that much money.

It also has a large garage, an office space, and a loft room all 3 of which are on my agenda to also get rented this year to maximize cash flow.

So recently I was listening to Pace Morby’s YouTube videos on LLC’s.

We're thus able to evaluate our rates, and keep pace with inflation, on a monthly and quarterly basis.

We own a single family house on the same road, just 4 blocks away in this same form district that is on pace to earn us $35,000 after expenses in 2024, so am confident this duplex would perform well also.

Is anyone familiar with Pace Morby Gator Lending program that costs $3k?
