Hi Jonathan,Just off the cuff,One way to look at kitchen equipment is (new) (new-ish) (older-used) (very used with obsolete (or hard to get) parts but still in service<--possible reliability issues).The equipment setup dictates what can be cooked.

The occupancy and pricing change on a daily/weekly/monthly basis so whatever you see today will be obsolete soon enough.However, where DIY research comes in handy is amenities.

(Obsolete entertainment/over built for the amount of users just to markup homes) HOA(esque) Golf Courses closing down and going "Medium Density"<--Probably Higher Taxes collected by the city on the existing space (need new (under-performing) schools, added Police presence due to increased crime, etc...).Because after all Golf is a Business (like a Burger King), not a Real Estate Investment.Just my 2 cents.

Here the will is obsolete because the estate waited too long, so probate will be more complicated and expensive because the Court will treat this as a "intestate" estate and all potential heirs must be notified because they all have a claim.
