I haven't heard Brandon mention using commercial loans for "non-commercial" property.

Since a lot of people use per-square-foot prices to value non-commercial property I like to ensure accuracy.

Granted there are investors that do just leave equity in non-commercial residential just as there are investors that leave equity in commercial residential.
