I have been researching various markets and have finally chosen Indianapolis due to it being landlord friendly, good job growth, low unemployment including a flourishing tech scene.

#1 or #3 make financial scenes.

There is a lot going on in the real estate scene here in Indy!

I've posted recently that my husband and I are new to the investment scene.

I'm a millennial as well and am just getting into the investing game - haven't bought my first property yet but  I will within the next 3 months.I agree with all the above - we want convenience and will pay for it, being close to the social scenes (bars, restaurants, greenways, golf courses, easy commutes, etc.) is very important!

Outside of an experience of being an "accidental landlord" a few years back when I moved from Northwest Arkansas and helping my dad a bit with his rentals I'm new to the investment property scene.  

The cultural scene is growing all the time, and I think more people will discover St.

Instead of being neighborly and asking them to keep it down, you try to make a scene by passive agressively standing there and making wise *** comments.
