Just a few weeks ago:Are we going to have a complete collapse like Greece, I would hope not, and I don't think so.

The city needs to act faster by expanding its employee numbers and cutting the red tape for property developments and accelerate high density rezoning instead of stopping residents to help pay for their mortgage or earn a few bucks to pay for ever increasing cost of living.I proposed an Infill house on a lot just last week (lot is zoned for 1.45FSR) but the city decided not to allow it stating shadow issues however they are forgetting the large tree already casting a shadow on the neighbours lot.

The neighbours on both sides have recently subdivided and sold off almost all their lots.

In addition to that, I'd say the real problem is not the beer cans or washing, though it can get out of control.What you need to address first is the neighbour's feelings.

Hello -I am in process of closing on a new investment property and the driveway is shared (i.e. my neighbour and I need to use the same driveway to get to our individual backyards). 

Some parts of the 19th Ward, City outside of Greece/Gates and Irondequoit, near the hospitals and major employers.

When I was in hamilton I found a few by talking to my neighbours.

This type of thing always leads to problems with building inspectors, neighbours and landlords.
