I am starting a mass mailing wholesale campaign.

Doing a one-time purchase during the holidays for all your tenants, and mass mailing or driving to each location, is much easier than adding another task to our already busy days as landlords.

@Robert P. thank you for that info about how it is done in Mass  i will look into that info for NY@Matthew Paul i purchased the property for cash, so as far as not having income i will not have a mortgage to pay for, the reason money is tight right now is because i had to pay school taxes right after closing, and then spent $17000 on a roof the first month. 

Then I will do a mass emailing to these businesses advertising my vacancy.

I can't speak for everyone but the wholesalers I deal with that send out mass amounts like that usually own a company full of other wholesalers or the "smaller" wholesalers starting out hire and train others to help them with calls and getting the name out there.

Remember: "Sell to the masses, live with the upper classes - sell to the upper classes, live with the masses".

Veteran wholesalers, if you were to start over and you had a $10k per month budget, what would you have done differently? Which lists would you of mailed more to? Which pieces would you have or have not mailed? Would ...

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about that and if anyone knows of any issues related to having an LLC in Mass but buying in RI?
