But our particular focus is near the Med Center area, for the reason of Job Growth and almost recession proof economy centered around Aging populations needing more health care.Houston is adding 30,000+ jobs to the Med Center over the next 3 years so any type of investing ahead of that job growth is expected to be positive in the longer term.Do you invest in Houston?

I’m dying to know Thomas, what is it that makes you believe these 4 folks with Doctorate degrees or PhD’s in Vet Med who are multi published and referenced dozens of times throughout various academic journals (those are those ones held to scientific standards a fair amount more strict than hearsay online) are completely incorrect...Have a read through this on Jstor sometime:Journal of Veterinary Behavior: Clinical Applications and ResearchVolume 3, Issue 3, May–June 2008, Pages 134-140

I'm not happy, but its all legit, and I'm not worried about collecting for damages.Well, once the tenant slipped off of her meds, she turns the whole neighborhood upside down, digs up new landscaping, lights and tv on full blast at all hours, has the police out at all hours because she is being stalked, and on and on and on....Thankfully, it is my policy to only offer a six month initial lease, but it sure seemed like a long six months!
