You can pick up a simple outfit for less than $10 and it will likely make them very happy that you thought of them.

If you're in a rough area, you're better off spending the money on cage for the A/C than on insuring it IMO.Saying that, I used Lloyd pro group out of Atlanta, they are a Nationwide dealer that does other companies and a huge outfit, you can give them a call and see what your options are. 

The big plumbing outfits get big $$$$ .

Don't go buy a mud puddle unless your gonna lease it to a mud bogging outfit. :) See what's out there.

There is one that requires all homes (yes even single families) to be outfitted with fire sprinkler systems inside.etc..Education never stops.

Hello all,I've been considering outfitting an empty commercial space I've got for permanent use as a short term event / offsite / networking / all of the above type of space, and use platforms such as Peerspace and Storefront to market it. 

Most the turnkey outfits operate in less than hot zip codes or in areas that are cheap to buy and fix so they can easily maximize retail profits.
