@Christine Sierra That's kind of a vague question, a lot depends on your budget not necessarily the zip code.

Over 150K miles on it and I take it off roading to some of my favorite fly fishing and camping places all over the eastern Sierras.

In Fresno I have used Tri Counties Bank, Murph Bank and Bank of The Sierra.  

I went to high school in Southern AZ (Sierra Vista) and graduated from ASU.

its an awesome area my self I am going to be looking for my fishing cabin in the Sierra valley  its just north of Truckee  I really like the fly fishing on Lake Davis yet only an hour to Reno.. plus the Sierra buttes offers great old mining towns wonder full hike in mountain lakes and streams.. very pretty part of CA that is no over crowded and is still very affordable  

Our topography restricts the market from being overbuilt and there is a very high quality of life with Tahoe and the Sierras.

I am an out-of-state investor, looking to move back to the Sierra foothills soon and interested in starting to invest in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada market.Does anybody have any recommendations for good local lenders (commercial, portfolio)?
