Location How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My attorney said he needed to hire us as investigators in locating people.

Property is located in Vegas in Paradise.

Plus each house sitting empty for t months seems wasteful.)But it’s hard to find a warm but not hot and humid location.
