There is a lot you need to learn in order to make this strategy work and a lot of ways you can potentially stumble.

I sure learned a valuable lesson with Safeguard. 

With closing costs, housing costs, agent commissions, my HELOC costs, I estimated about $20-$30k profit, depending on sale price.But, now I am thinking this would be a great BRRRR to learn those ropes as well!

They can jump in and get started and learn along the way like most people do.
