I saw nothing wrong with what Giles said as he was shedding light on the lack of communication.

Given the income and lack of debt, I would probably pull a HELOC on the current primary, but the house you want and do what you need to make it livable. 

However, all products shipped via Cargo Containers or Conex's will go up due to a lack of availability of containers. 

You should only consider switching when your current software has a significant flaw or lacks features that force you to spend excessive time on workarounds.

Was just doing a  search on Google and realized I'm on page 6 for the first time in "forever".Not sure if it's due to Google search being that good or lack of effort.When is the last time YOU clicked past first page search results?

. - ideally every operator is sound at all aspects of being an operator, but there are operators who are outstanding at the operational side that are a bit lacking on the communication side.  

I guess my only hesitation is still the lack of understanding on how it works.

And there's always the chance the developers you try to work with on your own will try to take advantage of your lack of experience by giving you a low-ball offer.
