Mentors deserve to get paid for their time just don't be sleazy salespeople about it.Just know there is no magic formula no special pill to take to make it easy and rich.

It all works but for me, I'm frugal so paying for something that I know I can get for free is a hard pill to swallow.

Try to find a direct lender or local bank, if your expenses are real and you are profitable, it would be a tough pill to sallow to pay more in taxes.

Ryan that is a great post you made.When I was in my teens I was looking for get rich quick.After years of searching what you said is true.You have to work smart and put in work to get results no matter what field it is.Not getting instantly rich isn't sexy but it's how most people become wealthy over time.Unfortunately many want the magic pills.

But for FHA buyers, it is a tough pill to swallow.

I'm ready to dust myself off, put salt on my wounds & "swallow the bitter pill".

The reason I do this is previously the trash pilled up outside and the property started to look run-down.  

That's a really tough pill to swallow emotionally and so it makes it hard to get the house under agreement at a price that makes sense AND that leaves enough margin for the wholesaler.
