They hop from one dwelling to another in a parasitic pursuit of a host, enticing you with the promise of the simplest long-term behaviour of paying their rent at the beginning of each month and keeping your house clean, just enough to ensnare their unfortunate host, no matter how good his intentions or faithful his actions.They show their welfare stubs during their application to indicate that all they have to do is sit and breathe, and out of your own tax dollars will flow in the rent to which they agreed in writing.

This makes my decision very simple when combined with my desire to see those I consider to be criminal in nature to face the music.To ignore the fact that their actions are, in my opinion, criminal does not allow me to turn a blind eye regardless of the time or cost associated with me taking action to "punish".I know very few landlords are willing to take the moral high ground in dealing with reprehensible bad tenant behaviour but I am one.

FHA and Fannie Mae HomeReady both allow for the use of boarder income, but probably about 95% of people can't document the history necessary -- either the rent is paid in cash, it's mixed in with a bunch of other interpersonal financial stuff, or it's just a story with no paperwork to back it up.
