I should know this, used to be a Hunters Education instructor. 

You must of gave them great instructions and have decent systems in place.That is overall a net-positive.

Do I simply instruct my SDIRA custodian to move it back? 

Get a laminated instructions sheet with images that says what you can and can’t flush and tape it to the inside door of the bathroom vanity and include another copy in their move-in welcome packet.

Not always a good idea to just use the same vendors as the seller as there may be improvements you can achieve. i.e. property management company doesn't give guests the easiest instructions to check in, so reviews are down.
