This aligns with my interest in passive income.I realize I am not cut out for the entire REI process of consistently finding multiple properties for particular exit strategies.

Once you have a PM put it on market for rent your friend is more then welcome to go through the process with them.

How does the Airbnb licensing process work in your area?

Not sure why the process would be any difference for a voucher holder in a duplex or single family.

For the first townhome, we are in the renovation process and looking to screen our first tenants.

The company lists single family homes in certain targeted markets and, through their “knowledgeable investment counselors,” put sellers (the owners of the various properties) and buyers (who they educate, prepare and counsel) together and in the process Norada Real Estate Investment receives a marketing fee.

While I may not have direct investing experience yet, real estate is in my blood, and I’ve spent years running numbers, learning the process, and preparing to make my first deal.Right now, I’m looking for: -Smaller properties (4–8 units) that I can finance on my own.
