Finally, the state of incorporation shouldn't matter, it just depends on which state laws you want to have the LLC follow.  

I assume that once I am ready to roll out the attorney can adjust articles of incorporation to meet the purpose of company.

I've looked at several ways to incorporate deals but the majority of sellers want a loan from the bank.
