That's why I am here. first thing I learned in RE is I for sure dont know everything and very few folks do.. we are all learning even at 50 years of doing deals I learn new things every week.. thats why I am on BP you have also 50 states rules and laws are not nationwide so I like to know how each state works when it comes to transactional real estate and development.

Finally able to actually start executing on some thoughts — and figured I need a network of folks that love real estate investing as much as I do.

I think there's little to help folks like myself starting with little capital who want a more realistic path in than save $100k and then get started.

Would love to talk to anyone who is local to get a better feel for the area and have some folks to get advice from. 

My realtor provided me with three names of folks he has worked with which is helpful.I spoke with the first one (who is a mortgage broker so not tied to one particular bank) and he said I would need to put 25% down on a vacation/2nd home, or at least 20%.

Just ask Dallas folks.

But I look forward to the community, look forward to learning, and growing and making money , so pour on the knowledge folks , I'm all ears !!

I have a broker so looking for unsolicited mentor advice  hopefully there are other like minded folks that like to pay it forward. 

Most folks can't see beyond their nose and will take the money.
