I am Realtor and I have access to everything you would need to move forward with filing complaints with the IN RE commission and the local board.

There's no step by step guide but there are key things : Learn: RE strategies, what interests you, what do people in your area need.Connect: find a mentor, accountability group and be around those doing what you want to do.Help: solve problems- do people need dealflow, property mgmt, construction expertise, etc. 

You're investing in RE for long-term wealth, not a few hundred a month that can be wiped out with one CapEx item.

Recognize in this RE environment it is unlikely to be a get rich quick environment without a full time dedication to value adds.  

But just hating on wholesaling in a wholesaling forum is so unbelievably pointless. its not dead per se  but it is starting to be regulated as it should.. oregon just passed their version. where to wholesale you now need a license and over site by the RE commission.. along with criminal back ground and a BOND.. and as we know not everyone can pass either of those with the bond being the tough one if you have bad credit your not getting a bond.

So, working hourly for successful RE broker or a PMC will be your best opportunities.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.
