Unless the tenants plan on sleeping in the garage which most all the mold has been removed I don't see the home uninhabitable.I jumped the gun on sending her a notice then Nathan you mentioned the city in the follow up post should be the ones who deem uninhabitable.

I think you're jumping the gun for two reasons.1.

Yea, I guess I'm jumping the gun on assuming she is lying, but her story changed and the buyers deadline has changed so much now, that I guess it was just aggravating.
