It sounds like you've got a pretty sweet deal going with all that fully furnished jazz, but maybe the price tag's scaring people off.

I had 1 contractor come by today and quoted me a French drain system, as well as raising the basement floor up 6 inches, with 3 sump pump's for a price tag of $16K, not including the repairs to the walls. 

I love mentioning that you can do video, GA4 Google Analytics tags and so many other things on your own site.

. :) I'd start going to those gatherings, chatting with people, asking if you can tag along when they're walking a property, and have them share their thought processes as they walk.

If true, definitely doesn't lower the price tag on a good professional agent, and even if it did, they would make up for it in the ability to generate new upfront fees.
