Stick to the middle of the road areas where in price and area and you will find a deal and the residents looking to rent that home!

I do find it bit hard to wrap my brain around the numbers, but overall a really great product.

I obtained the umbrella policy through their "agency" which finds other carriers for their members.

however, if you could find a loan product that worked for you and your situation, its a fantastic idea in my mind, and worth taking a swing for.

You can still find positive cash flow (aka the 1% rule) and amazing appreciation potential.

With a duplex, there’s still some shared space, but since it’s a 50-50 split, most tenants can find a way to coexist peacefully.However, when you introduce more units, you increase the likelihood of interpersonal conflicts.
