Granite countertops can look like glass but still have pores that soak up water and will stain.

Making an enlarged copy or copying on colored paper may alleviate any concerns the borrower may have with photocopying.

@Anton IvanovTo clarify my comment and what I understood from @Jay Hinrichs this was "napkin math".........to see if you have initial interest before pulling out the big analysis guns and poring over details.I agree with you that you cannot rely on the rough estimate exclusively.

So my choice was to find a contractor that would be willing to install not to code and risk a fine, not do the BR windows, or do new framing to enlarge the BR windows (the most expensive option). 

After lengthy discussions with the pm, poring over financial statements, rent rolls, etc. here’s what I experienced1.
