The roof has lots of elevations, runs, etc.

It does cash flow nicely but more so it will quickly gain equity as property values are quickly elevating in the area. 

My first encounter with real estate was one of the Real Estate elevated seminars which went over the basics of wholesaling, rental properties, and flipping properties.

If you're on an elevator full of CPAs and EAs, the EAs will be the ones looking down at someone else's shoes.

In order for my strategy to work though, I need to be able to secure the correct first deal: Value add 5-Unit under $500kThe goal would be to force appreciation, elevate cap rate, and flip the building to another investor.

I think we are going to come on the market at 1.95  exicted about it.. we put an elevator in it..I was in a client of mine in Singapores home in Feb and he had an elevator in his 3 story home .. ( and a single family detached non lease hold home in Singapore is some big buckaroos.. but anyway it was glass like a hotel kind of cool.I was also toying with a Tesla solar roof and power wall if I could get that by the BAR.. probably not though .. lets just keep this market going for a few more years please.. :)
