Autophagy kicks in and rids the body of the old cells etc. most of your immune system is in your gut so if you heal the gut, you keep your immune system up.

Kind of like what came first, the chicken or the egg.

I am attempting to evacuate Florida as we speak, so the courier pigeon may be my only option as many of the cell towers are not working!

As for the 73k, 10k of that is my own money so even if at 73k I should get back 10k at least with a 105k property that is cash flowing a little.Might be worth doing 73k and holding off on the other till I build a bigger nest egg / equity. 

Hard Money Loan - I do have a nest egg (40K) to put skin in the game along with the majority of it coming from the HML.

I have no intentions of quitting my job or shutting down my business, but want to  buy and use properties to help grow my equity and help me develop a 20+ property portfolio, creating a nest egg for 15+ years down the road, when I retire. 

Because of my limited capital and to avoid putting all my eggs in one basket, I’m moving more towards fractionalized.Unlike a brokerage, I only look at loan quality, I’m not motivated by commissions, thus less likely to lose money, in my view.
