Construction loans are generally in the domain of the small regional lender.  

Grandma was gifted home in 04 from the govt from a eminent domain proceeding from her original home.

You can buy the domain name for .99 cents for the first year and .99/mo for the personal website builder, which has most of what you should need.

GoDaddy does have great customer service and we use them to purchase and manage our domain portfolio but their website service is not the best you can get.

How important is the domain name vs. content I generate on the site?

The first time I used a Realtor I lost the deal, that was my first lesson that dealing in the public domain and privately are two different things.

I am new to this domain and primary looking to invest in Condo/Rehab/Apt.

@Ian Ippolito  from what I understand portals need deals not investors... most investments are funded in minutes to hours... when deals go south it will be up to the individual investors to post about them or tell others and it will leak into the public domain slowly I suppose..
