Turns out that was the grain of sand to disrupt everything.

And because things do change and happen when there is disruption.  

If the virus is not controlled for a few more months, people will die, lives will be disrupted and the economy will be affected.

People will suffer and die, jobs will be lost, bankruptcy and foreclosures rife, supply chains disrupted.

That said, i do think real estate is a prime candidate for disruption as the 5-6% commission system is really lame.

@Michael Gabin The markets were volatile from news about supply chain disruption from the virus... what caused the plunge was the price of oil cratering (banks are hedged on oil... so that's not good for our economy).
