THis is very sad and disappointing!!!

That was pretty disappointing considering how much we paid for the class. 

Because of the low purchase price points in Ward 7 and 8, I can see OOS investors buying in neighborhoods like Congress Heights, Barry Farms, and Deanwood expecting the HQ2 masses to show up only to be disappointed. 

It's really disappointing to see the City of Chicago continually supports the idea of the landlord and investor being the enemy for many pockets of the City.

I'm currently using Prospect Now and I've been disappointed with their platform.

Disappointing as it was...that was my first attempt at a sight unseen, that happened to be local.

I can tell you that if you will only accept 100bps over prime (5.25 right now) at 67% leverage, then you are probably going to be disappointed. 

Here in Chicago I made a mistake on a close and forgot a couple of things and so expecting a certain profit and getting less is very disappointing.

I've been saving up money and have been disappointed in the bank interest and thought there has to be a better way. 

Tenants expect inspections so don’t disappoint them!
