One thing I found difficult to digest in those shows was the FEAR of foreclosures (short sales, etc) perpetuated and aggravated by your "friendly" buyer's agent.Something along the lines of "OMG, we better submit a FULL PRICE offer for this REO if we ever expect to hear back from the bank, and even that might not be enough.

You can create hundreds and hundreds of topics this way.If you specialize in wholesaling buy some good wholesale books for ideas.It's really easy.Try not to make the articles too long and then you can increase the frequency.Example one topic break into 4 parts over a month instead of one really long article.This way readers come back to you 4 times and can digest in small amounts.It also trains them to keep reading your articles as part of their daily lives and routines.Now to be clear I AM NOT saying to use content work for word from a book BUT to just give you topic ideas to write on.
