If they do NOT have written procedures how are they going to deliver consistent results?

You want to know where they have studied, how often have they done that procedure, how amazing is their success rate etc. etc right?

Don't do it, severe penalties for not following proper procedures.

I highly recommend creating procedures for them, either written or recorded.

Again that's only if you did the above procedures correctly.

Look for churches, daycare, elementary schools, dental offices, etc that can be converted to housing.
