I am currently in grad school to get my MSN to be a nurse practitioner.

@Craig Curelop was my agent and not only is he a great resource, but he's a practitioner of what he preaches.

For context, she is a nurse practitioner and her husband is a medical director so they’re making great money from a corporate employer perspective.

I chose the townhouse because it met my criteria, the numbers looked phenomenal, it was in a location I wanted (near the UNC Med school, dental school, hospital, and downtown CH), and because the community came with a few amenities that I think folks would find attractive. 

I'm also a health practitioner and I am looking to niche myself in the area of Eco-friendly homes and wellness communities.

I did not want to be a landlord, but it happened.  5 years later I bought a second piece of property, with a three bedroom house and a nice little garage apartment on 3 acres just out of town, I bought it to build a new dental clinic(I am a dentist)  but plans changed, and it has been a very nice cash flowing piece of property. 

However, some practitioners still will to start the statue of limitations if there is anything that could be considered activity. 

Does the Sponsor have history through an economic downturn, longevity overall as a company, and are they commercial real estate practitioners in more than just the syndication space?  

Hi allI have a commercial rental with a large national dental tenant (they have about 200 clinics nationally).  

I'd love to be able to climb and camp more, work less, maybe send myself back to school for a nurse practitioner license even though I won't make more money.
