Hey guys, thanks for the recent replies, I hadn't checked this thread in a while but I got some alerts in my email.1) Natalie - it is professionally staged, its designer decorated: couches from Ligne Roset, kitchen is all gaggeneau appliances and boffi cabinets, it really can't get anymore high end.

The finishes were simple, and the owners took many steps to keep the costs as low as possible: the owners found bath cabinets, doors, and sinks from Habitat for Humanity, bathroom floor tile in Mexico, kitchen cabinets  from IKEA, wood kitchen counter tops from Floor and Decor, and the wood floors were made of A-C Plywood sheets.

Egress.Fireplaces are fine but they are decorative in his type of multifamily, cap the chimneys either just to keep critters out or to close the fireplace use off.

Usually, if there was enough water to cause a failure in the drywall, there would be a noticeable stain area.That said, the ceiling looks a bit rough and doesn't appear to be an intentional/decorative texturing.
