Would lifting my air condenser onto a platform on any property reduce the flood insurance?

I checked everything else, including exterior outlets because I also initially considered that maybe one of the exterior outlets was getting some condensation in it or something else was going on with it that was causing the breaker to trip. 

I've googled and the best info I can find is that the water source is either from rising water, condensation, or penetration.

I'd personally, replace the condenser.  

Does the electrical service have capacity to add condenser and AHU or does it need to be upgraded? 

If you install a forced air system you can integrate A/C as well which is a plus if you think it is a necessity or adds value.If your old cast iron radiators are currently connected to a hot water boiler and not a steam boiler you might consider refinishing them and installing new hi-efficiency modulating condensing boilers.

i was so mad but when i think about it now it was pretty funny. i rather have the flowers stolen than the AC condenser lol

@Scott Weaner, I'm not familiar with these inserts, but my first thought was condensation build-up between the existing sashes and the inserts.When you say older, about how old are we talking about?

So much is upgraded from the original (electrical, roof, a/c condenser).

When your rent does not come in, your unit gets trashed your condenser unit is stolen etc etc.
