I am not obsessing over numbers right now, more concerned with doing the right kind of work and building something sustainable.

Am I not cut out for this?

My concern is the time it would take to grow these connections since I ain’t getting any younger! 

This seems counter-intuitive as I doubt you’ll ever find a really good PM company but the headaches of managing any kind of a problem remotely overshadows the ongoing concern that a PM company is inefficient and expensive (at least it does for us).

Despite my concerns, I allowed the appraisal to proceed.

I think the folks that pay for these programs have the wherewithal to simply cut a check and its no big expense to them compared to what they stand to get out of it. 

Immediate attention to tenant problems, concerns, and repairs. 5.

They cut out all but the best locations and were way more cautious.

The seller can pay for it at closing (the title agent will cut the check to the trade to ensure there is no resulting lien) and provide proof of the replacement to the insurance provider.  

You can likely withdrawal more than 4% without having any concerns of running out of money.
