Over time the property has grown with us as our family has grown (we took over parts of other units to accommodate our work-from-home and new children's needs), so we have able to afford in a more expensive building up front and stay longer in it.

You may want to send your tenants frequent letters and note to remind them and include dental floss in your list.It does not take a rocket scientist to replace a sewage ejector pump and any decent (not the idiots) handyman should be able to replace one.
