Hello,I have a property with a tenant that I inherited when I purchased the property..She is an older woman with adult children that, at one point, moved in with her without notifying me.We've got that all cleaned up, but now she is adopting a 2yo child.It's a noble act, but how does this effect me as the owner?

Over time the property has grown with us as our family has grown (we took over parts of other units to accommodate our work-from-home and new children's needs), so we have able to afford in a more expensive building up front and stay longer in it. 

One person per room, no children, no overnight visitors, etc. 

I recommend looking into areas near economic bases - close to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Ohio State Campus, New Albany, etc.

Nationwide has the third largest children's hospital in the U.S. here in Columbus.

You may want to send your tenants frequent letters and note to remind them and include dental floss in your list.It does not take a rocket scientist to replace a sewage ejector pump and any decent (not the idiots) handyman should be able to replace one.

I really am seeking out the financial education to make the best decisions and grow my late father's legacy for my children and family.

He also generously vested to his two children and a nonprofit he founded.
